The woven wire meshes(square and rectangular holes) are used mainly for screening and separation of materials according to their size. They can be applied for sorting of inert materials(sand, gravel, coal, coke, etc..), in the food, chemical and rubber industries. They are made of metal wires through weaving. The screens can be placed in sorting machines across or longitudinally through various means to strengthen or tension – fold, by brackets and more. Screens can be made of different materials: low-carbon tool steel and chrome-nickel, brass, copper and others.
Diameter of wire is from 0.6 to 12.5 mm.
Aperture range is from 1.0 to 100.0 mm.
The screens are supplied on roll with standard width up to 1000 mm. and on panels width no more than 1800 mm and with length no more than 4000 mm.
