The TQ-roller is a new, patented product on the Bulgarian market, made from high quality
synthetic material.
The TQ-roller completely replaces the well known steel rollers. Its innovative characteristic is that the pipe and the camp are made entirely from High density polyethylene(HDPE). This makes them usable in a quiet environment and reduces the wearness and the weight with around 55% compared with the steel rollers.
The TQ-rollers has been tested in various industries: processing of bulk materials, sand mining and gravel industry, recycling, cement-concrete industry, glass industry, agricultural
industry and others.
Comparative characteristics of TQ rollers against steel rollers:
1. High quality material:
TQ roller tube is Injected HDPE material is high impact, acid and abrasion resistant, antioxidant, antialkaline, reduces wear and tear of conveyor belts.
2. Very hard and very impact resistant product:
Compared to transport steel rollers, roll TQ is extremely shock resistant and self-healing.Strengthening of the tube gives this kind of transport rollers the same hardness as steel.
3. High water resistance and dust resistance:
TQ transport rollers have triple protection of the camps. Sealing rings ensure that water or dust can not penetrate inside them. Special drainage slot centrifuged and takes water from inside the camps and the transport roller, keeping it dry in all weather conditions.Patented triple labyrinth seals 45% offering greater protection than the steel transport rollers to prevent entry of water and dust.
4. High absorption of sound:
Due to its steel casing and bearing housings, steel transportation rollers amplify any noise. TQ roller reduces noise in the tube and the bearing housing, which leads to noise reduction in the production of at least 10 decibels.
This injection-molded transport roller is perfectly round, while the surface of the steel rollers is uneven due to welds.
5. High efficiency:
TQ roller is movable unit with homogeneous mass, good rotation, minimal rolling resistance, suitable for high-speed, energy saving, low noise and low hardware requirements for running motors.
6. Low weight:
TQ transport roller is 55% lighter than steel roller transport, which allows saving 25% energy and materials, and alleviates the working circumstances, especially when lifting the transport rollers.
7. Low maintenance costs:
Long life cycle, without requiring lubrication and simple replacement of TQ rollers, reducing the time required for their maintenance to a minimum.
