Stima Engineering Ltd. provides the following services:
Construction of coveyor systems and machine automation, construction of roller conveyors and belt conveyors:
- preparation of drawing.
- signing up a contract.
Splicing of rubber belts:
- By hot vulcanization for up to 1200 mm. belt width. It is done with a portable press of qualified staff in place and appropriate for the client time (weekends and holidays). The repair materials are supplied from REMA TIP TOP. The belt is placed immediately after the jointing process. Issued a guarantee for a new belt: 1 year and older, renovated belt: 6 months.
- Cold vulcanization of all sizes and widths. Vulcanization is carried out by qualified personnel in place and in good time for the client (and weekends, and holidays). The repair materials are supplied from REMA TIP TOP. The belt is placed in service after 2:00. Issued a guarantee for a new belt: 1 year old and renovated belt: 6 months.
Splicing of PVC and PU conveyor belts up to 1200 mm. width:
- By hot vulcanization on site and ordered by the customer accurate sizes. The belts are spliced with a special Z-type connection machine.
Bonding of flat belts in place and customer size.
Coating of drums
- with different Shore hardness and different thickness of rubber in rubber or ceramics.
